Object of research: structured nanocomposites with carbon nanotubes and conductive fillers, molecular composite materials with phase transition; optically transparent anisotropic media with bulk acoustic waves; linear interaction of polarized radiation with anisotropic materials; electrical and noise properties of semiconductor field structures as sensors of biochemical reactions. Purpose: search and research of materials for control of the main characteristics of electromagnetic radiation in the millimeter wavelength range; development of physical bases of active semiconductor highly sensitive sensors of biochemical reactions; reducing the roughness of the optical surfaces to the subnanometer range. The task of the project is to study the electrodynamic characteristics of nanocomposites and molecular materials and determine their prospects for use for the needs of microwave electronics; creation of fundamentally new methods for rapid analysis of WRC parameters of fibers; optimization of polarization studies of inhomogeneous optically anisotropic materials, improvement of the uniformity of diffracted light distribution as a result of acousto-optical interaction; increasing the sensitivity of biosensors. Dielectric spectra of structured nanocomposites and materials with a phase transition were studied according to the improved method. The use of AlGaN / GaN field structures for use as resistant to aggressive environments of biosensors is proposed.
