Long non coding RNA H19 expression after long anoxia-reoxygenation is non-significantly 2 times higer than after short anoxia-reoxygenation (p<0.05). lncRNA MIAT expression is 4-time upregulated in old SHR rats and 2,6-time upregulated in old Wistar rats after PPAR-target genes modulation. It was determined that expression of gene KCNJ11, which encodes Kir6.2 subunit of ATP-sensitive potassium channels is regulated by lnc-KCNJ11-5-1_dup1, lnc-KCNJ11-2-1_dup1і lnc-KCNJ11-3-1_dup1 via transcription, alternative splising, redaction, transport, translation and degradation of mRNA.
