The purpose of the work is to study the properties of low-temperature gas-discharge plasma for technological applications. Research methods - the method of optical emission / absorption spectroscopy, calorimetry, mass spectrometry and gas chromatography, computer simulation by RIS / MCC, the use of ZDPlasKin codes and the original PLS code. The peculiarities of the kinetics of processes in the plasma of glowing and arc discharges using moist air as a plasma-forming gas have been studied. The simulation of shock-dissociative destruction of stable organochlorine toxicants in the liquid phase by the flow of high-energy particles using simulation methods is performed. A 2.5D code has been developed for kinetic modeling of plasma based on the method of large particles in a cell, which takes into account binary Coulomb collisions and is optimized for modeling the plasma-beam interaction. In the framework of a multifluid axisymmetric hydrodynamic model, the interaction of a supersonic plasma jet containing nanoparticles with a flat substrate was investigated. The thermodynamic state of the plasma of a complex mixture of air and several metals of electrode origin (Cu, Ag and Ni) in the vapor phase and the possibility of applying the model of local thermodynamic equilibrium in the plasma of an electric arc discharge between asymmetric one-component copper and composite Ag-Ni electrodes.
