Kurdyumov of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The main purpose of this project was to support and adapt to changes in the legislation of a typical automated information system (AIS) of a scientific institution at the Institute of Metal Physics. The criterion for achieving the goal of the work was the ability to perform all the main functions of the above personnel in a comprehensive information system on a single information base. In the framework of this work performed: 1. Functional updating of software of subsystems "FINEK", "STAFF" and "SALARY" was carried out. 2. Testing of software subsystems "FINEK", "STAFF" and "SALARY" modified taking into account the comments of users in the process of practical testing of the system. 3. Training consultations were held with the staff of the accounting department, planning and production department, personnel department, employees of scientific and service departments to work with the improved AIS of the scientific institution. 4. The input of information into the improved database of AIS IMF was continued. 5. Provided constant access of AIS IMF users to the terminal server. 6. The AIS administration of the scientific institution has been continued. As a result of the work, the current system for automation of accounting functions, personnel department, planning and production department, department of scientific and organizational support of research, users in scientific and service departments provides effective opportunities for staff of all departments and operational improvements and modifications of the system operation.
