The main units of prototypes of scientific on-board equipment of space experiment on orbital researches of dynamics and microphysical characteristics of aerosol in the Earth's atmosphere "Aerosol-UA" are developed and created, namely: multispectral polarization analyzer, mirror system of scanning polarimeter (MSIP). A set of devices for calibration of polarized radiation, calibration of depolarized radiation, black body calibration and photometric calibration ScanPol was developed and created. Software and stands were created, which allowed carrying out test calibration, laboratory and field measurements of polarization of the twilight sky using the developed prototypes of polarimeters according to the debugged calibration and measurement technique. A mathematical model of MSIP polarimetric calibration was developed, which demonstrated high quality in the experiment with MSIP polarization channel calibration 555P nm and the ability to determine the degree and azimuth of linear polarization of light with error values less than ~ 0.6% and ~ 0.2 °, respectively, exceeding the planned accuracy.
