Purpose: safety analysis of new biotechnological wound dressings in an in vivo laboratory experiment intended for the treatment of massive burns and other traumatic skin lesions. Research methods: pathophysiological, biochemical, hematological. The report analyzed the results of an experiment to study the subchronic toxicity of the study medium. To do this, this substance was administered to animals on an empty stomach in the digestive tract using a special intragastric tube at doses of 5 ml / kg, 15 ml / kg and 25 ml / kg for 14 days. During the experiment, the condition of the rats was monitored daily. Attention was paid to the appearance of animals, their behavior, their consumption of food and water. Observations included registration of changes in skin, eyes, mucous membranes, body temperature. To determine the weight and weight gain of rats, the animals were weighed every 3 days. At the end of 14 days, the animals were dissected and macroscopic examinations and description of internal organs were performed, as well as the relative mass of organs (heart, liver, kidneys, adrenal glands, prostate, ovaries, testes, pituitary gland, spleen, brain). In addition, hematological and biochemical blood tests were performed. A set of studies to study the subchronic toxicity of the environment conditioned by mesenchymal stem cells in rats of both sexes allowed to establish the absence of toxic effects of the drug by intragastric route of administration (LD50> 5000 mg / kg). According to the classification of substances by toxicity, the environment conditioned by mesenchymal stem cells belongs to the V class of toxicity of substances - practically non-toxic substances when administered intragastrically.
