The purpose of the study is to clarify the technological temperatures of production and compaction of asphalt mixtures and physical and technical parameters of asphalt concrete. Research method is experimental studies of bitumen and asphalt concrete. Experimental researches on determining the technological temperatures of production and compaction of asphalt concrete mixes are carried out. Rational production temperatures and compaction of asphalt concrete mixtures depending on the viscosity of bitumen were established. The influence of technological temperatures on physical and technical properties of asphalt concretes is established. The expediency of taking the mixing temperature of the components as the temperature at which the viscosity of bitumen is from 0.15 PA •s to 0.19 PA •s, and the temperature of the beginning of compaction - at which the viscosity of bitumen is from 0.25 PA •s up to 0.31 Pa •s was shown. The influence of dust particles in the composition of crushed stone and the influence of partial replacement of limestone filler on dust from screenings of crushed erupted rocks on the properties of asphalt concrete were studied. Regularities of change of properties of asphalt concrete during storage of asphalt concrete mixes at technological temperatures are established. Experimental researches on determination of technological temperatures of production and compaction of cold asphalt concrete mixes on the basis of liquefied bitumen are carried out. Rational production temperatures and compaction of cold asphalt mixtures depending on the viscosity of bitumen have been established. The regularities of change of properties of asphalt concretes obtained from cold asphalt concrete mixtures, depending on the content of bitumen in it and viscosity of the original bitumen were established. Suggestions on the application of cold asphalt mixtures during repair are given.
