Features of remote monitoring of a condition of vehicles in operating conditions are investigated. The methods and criteria for assessing the street and road network of Mariupol were monitored. The necessity of digitalization of quality indicators in the system of evaluation of passenger traffic is substantiated. The dependence of methods of operative redistribution of traffic flows on unpredictable factors is considered and analyzed.
