Purpose of study is to substantiate, develop and experimentally test a program of physical rehabilitation to improve the functionality of the cardio-respiratory system of persons with cerebral palsy. Methods of research. The following groups of methods were used to achieve this purpose: bibliographic method, biomedical and psychological research methods, methods of mathematical statistics. The positive influence of the program of physical rehabilitation with the applications of cyclic loading on the level of the functional state of the cardiovascular system and the system of external respiration of persons with cerebral palsy, increasing their level of motivation in performing physical exercises, was experimentally proved. The content, forms, evaluation criteria and the expected result of the application of the physical rehabilitation program to improve the functional state of the cardiorespiratory system of persons with cerebral palsy were substantiated. The results of scientific research work were presented in publications - 10, patents - 4, textbooks - 2, methodological recommendations - 1 by performers, special courses "Physical therapy of different nosological forms", "Physiotherapy in rehabilitation", "Rehabilitation diagnostics in neurology", "Physical rehabilitation in pediatrics" , "Diagnosis and health monitoring".
