Nanoobjects with predictable composition, crystallinity, morphology, surface states, size, position and orientation were obtained using a number of methods for growing micro- and nanosized CdS crystals (heteroepitaxia, microtigel, vapor-crystal and vapor-liquid crystal with different catalysts). By studying the photoluminescence of semiconductor nanocrystals functionalized with thiolated oligonucleotides P2, the process of hybridization of P2 with fully complementary oligonucleotides T2 at a concentration of 4 10-7 M was registered. Piezoelectric studies using a microbalance of a quartz crystal with a bionanostructured material based on CdS nanocrystals and P2 oligonucleotides allowed registering 10-9 g of T2 oligonucleotides. When using an array of brush-type CdS nanocrystals at the first hierarchical level and thiolated mod-Ph oligonucleotides at the second level, the formation of molecular monolayers on the crystal surface was investigated by conductometry and electrochemical impedance spectrometry in the frequency range 1 Hz - 100 kHz. The created semiconductor nanocrystalline electrodes with mod-Ph layer allow to qualitatively and quantitatively detect the difference in their interaction with fully complementary oligonucleotides P1 and partially complementary oligonucleotides BCR at a concentration of 0.1 - 10 nM.
