The purpose of this work is to develop methods for assessing the effectiveness of foreign economic activity of economic entities at the regional level. Research Methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research are general scientific and specific economic methods: historical; from abstract to concrete; dialectical; system and situational analysis, logical generalization; time series; modeling; benchmarking. The directions of development of the export potential of agribusiness enterprises in the context of European integration are identified. A comprehensive mechanism has been developed for the formation of the export potential of agribusiness enterprises. The mechanism systematically covers the following areas: regulatory, innovative and scientific, technological, financial and economic, organizational. The implementation of these measures will allow to intensify the activities of enterprises of Ukrainian agribusiness in the direction of developing its export potential. The directions of development of the strategic potential of the foreign economic activity of machine-building enterprises are determined. A methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of enterprise clusters has been developed. Application of the proposed methodological approach will allow to compare the activities of certain clusters as for separate indicators: the average growth rate of cluster profitability; the average growth rate of product sales by the cluster; the average growth rate of investment income (including foreign investment) to the cluster enterprises, as well as by the general indicator of the cluster enterprises development rate.
