The full volume of the report, which outlines the main content, is 311 pages, including 39 illustrations and 33 tables. Purpose and objectives of the research is to summarize the prospects and priorities for the development of the regional economy of Ukraine in terms of European integration and the spread of the principles of information economy. Realization of the set purpose provides the decision of the following tasks: improvement of theoretical approaches to defining the essence of social and economic development; research of theoretical and methodological bases of formation of key interests of innovative model of cluster policy of regions; systematization of approaches to the assessment of economic transformation of the business and information environment in the regions; analysis of the world experience of formation of cluster policy of regions: innovation and branch orientation; determination of managerial approaches to the formation of an innovative model of cluster policy of the regions of Ukraine on the basis of taking into account key interests. The object of research is the process of managing the social and economic development of the economy of Ukraine. The subject of the study is sectoral and regional changes in the context of socio-economic development of regions. Publications. The main results of research are presented in 43 scientific papers, including: 4 monographs, 18 articles in scientific journals of Ukraine, 5 articles included in international scientific and metric databases, 3 articles in international scientific journals and 13 abstracts in collections of scientific conferences. 3 candidate dissertations and 7 doctoral dissertations were prepared within the framework of the research, of which 3 candidate and 6 doctoral dissertations were defended.
