The long-term effect of neurotrophin of nerve tissue growth factor (NGFT) on voltage-gated calcium channels was studied. It was determined the role of norepinephrine-induced modulation of calcium currents. It was registered an increase of norepinephrine effect on Calcium current in neurons that was cultured in the presence of NGFT. It was found that the average of decay time constant excitatory postsynaptic potential of rats with MD was 15% higher than in control rats. However, the amplitudes of excitatory postsynaptic potentials of SCG neurons and blocking effect of hexamethonium 30 days after streptozotocin injection didn’t different significally with control rats.
