 mineral water svr. № 357 Skhidnytsya deposit of the village of Skhidnytsia, Drohobych district, Lviv region, 20 patients of the main group (patients with metabolic syndrome, namely, dyslipidemia, insulin resistance and impaired glucose tolerance), who in the complex of spa treatment used weakly mineralized hydrocarbonate sodium in mineral water, with mineral water. № 357 and 20 patients of the control group with similar pathology who received only spa treatment. The purpose of the work -study of potential therapeutic effects from the internal use of mineral water svr. № 357 Skhidnytsia deposit of the village of Skhidnytsia, Drohobych district, Lviv region. Research methods - clinical, biochemical, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, ultrasonographic. The main results and their novelty: on the basis of clinical-laboratory and instrumental researches the therapeutic efficiency of internal use of mineral water of svr. № 357in the complex of spa treatment of patients with metabolic syndrome, developed practical recommendations and contraindications to the appointment of this mineral water.
