PRESERVATION OF TRADITIONAL CULTURAL HERITAGE, AUDIOVISUAL DOCUMENTS, ARCHIVAL INFORMATION RESOURCES, CHERNOBYL DISASTER The object of research: archival processes of formation of research collections of field scientific ethnographic audiovisual materials in research and archival institutions. The purpose of the work is to create the scientific and methodological base for solving problems of archival preservation of cultural heritage saved in the Chernobyl disaster zone, and providing access to it. Research methods are general scientific methods: comparative, system-structural, analytical-synthetic and special: elements of the process approach to the analysis of complex technological systems. By analyzing ideas about the organization of work with non-text documents set out in scientific archival sources and scientific and methodological developments of the archival system of Ukraine, and its comparison with practical experience with materials, created in the field of field audio, video, photo-fixation of phenome and objects of folk culture, developed a general structure of scientific and methodological base and a generalized scheme of archival work with all types of audiovisual documents of the Chernobyl Scientific Information Fund (hereinafter - CSIF). The scientific novelty of the work is that for the first time proposed consistent with the requirements of the archival system of Ukraine, consistent, based on a detailed analysis of archival document management approach to solving the problem of methodological support of archival storage about Polissya. The work is of fundamental importance for the preservation of the traditional cultural heritage of the region affected by the Chernobyl man-made disaster.
