 The object of research is the highway M-06 "Kyiv - Chop" (to Budapest via Lviv, Mukachevo, Uzhgorod) in the area of ​​km. 129 + 600 - km. 151 + 730, Zhytomyr region. The purpose of the work is to inspect the existing condition of the left and right passages in order to identify the characteristic destructions of the cement concrete coating, the strength characteristics of the cement concrete and the quality of sealing the expansion joints. Research methods - methods of examination, analysis and experimental. The M-06 Kyiv-Chop highway (to Budapest via Lviv, Mukachevo, Uzhhorod) on the section km 129.6 - km 151.73, Zhytomyr region was inspected for the presence of characteristic destructions. The thickness of the layer of rigid pavement was measured by the core selection method, followed by laboratory determination of the strength of cement concrete. Samples were taken and the soil properties of the working layer of the subsoil were studied; Samples of sealing materials were taken separately on the left and right passages and their cold resistance was determined. Proposals for the performance of works on the left and right passages of the highway are given.
