Peculiarities of manifestations of epidemic and epizootic processes of salmonellosis in Ukraine and its regions are determined. A model for predicting the frequency of acute intestinal infections based on time series has been created. Express methods for detection of resistance markers based on loop isothermal amplification (LAMP) have been developed and put into practice. For the first time in Ukraine, full-genome sequencing of the bacterial pathogen (Salmonella spp.) Was performed using MinION technology. This is a useful tool for further epidemiological analysis of salmonellosis in Ukraine.
