The purpose of the work is to develop technical solutions for safe mining of coal seams prone to GDP in mining and geological conditions of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske». Research methods – generalization and analysis of results, methods mat. statistics, calculations by standard methods. As a result of the work "Measures to prevent sudden emissions of coal, rock and gas and sudden extrusions of coal" were developed at PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske». A series of forecasts of coal seam emission hazards at the opening site has been made. Zones that are safe for coal and gas emissions or extrusion have been established (exploration or control observations from the current emission hazard forecast). Developed "A set of measures to combat gas-dynamic phenomena in the conduct of preparatory workings and cleaning works on formation d4" and "A set of measures to combat gas-dynamic phenomena in the conduct of preparatory workings on coal seams (layers)". Calculations of the limits of protective action (according to GDP) were performed and Conclusions on safe conduct of mine workings in protected areas were developed. Developed "Recommendations for safe mining of coal seam d4, prone to GDР", "Recommendations for safe opening of the emitted coal seam d4 by miners of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske». As a result of the application of the developed recommendations, the safety of mining operations is ensured, which is of great socio-economic and environmental importance.
