The purpose of the work is to determine the place of recreational and tourist resources of the Azov region, their list, formation, assessment of ecological and tourist potential, selection of arsenal of tools for promotion of these resources on domestic and foreign markets in connection with growing demand for green, health and ecotourism products. . At this stage, special attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of global trends on the development of tourist resources of the Azov region. In order to solve the problem it was necessary to solve the following issues: • explore the existing and promising tourist resources of the Azov Sea; • identify their components; • describe the possibilities of using the existing tourist resources of the Azov region; • to determine the essence and significance of the tourist potential of the Azov region during the promotion of ecological and tourist resources; • to analyze the impact of global trends on the development of tourist resources of the Azov Sea. Research methods: comparative, descriptive, comparative, functional. Subject of research: trends in the post-crisis development of the world economy indicate the revival and recovery of many of its industries. One of them is the sphere of tourism and recreation, which opens additional prospects for Ukraine as a country that has an extremely strong tourist and recreational potential for the formation of supply to the world and domestic markets of quality tourist and recreational product. The tourist resources of the Azov region provide an opportunity to develop almost all types of tourism - from recreational and health to industrial, from business to extreme.
