 According to the calendar plan at the 2nd stage of scientific and technical development: drawing up a protocol of approval of proposals, development of the second edition of the draft Amendments to the DBN and an explanatory note to it, sending the project Amendments to the DBN for approval in accordance with Annex B of the Terms of Reference. At the 3rd stage will be carried out: development of the final version of the draft Amendments to the DBN, clarification of the explanatory note; consideration of the final version of the draft Amendments to the DBN at a meeting of the scientific (scientific and technical) council of the developer, approval of the conclusion on its submission for approval; sending the project of the Change of DBN for inspection; finalization of the draft Change of DBN based on the results of the inspection
