As usual, the collection of information of the sales prices (rent) of such objects is always one of the most long-term elements in the assessment. Therefore, the collection of information using modern computerized data collection models has matured by itself. Data aggregation is performed from 15 resources (once a month from a specific information resource according to the appropriate schedule) using the program pgAdmin 4, which is usually used to create databases.
