As a result of the implementation of Stage 1 of the Project in 2021. the following functional subsystems of the TISP system have been developed: ─ ontological subsystem of the FRM White Paper support; ─ dialog subsystem; ─ ontological subsystem of the International Classification of Functionalities (described in the Report of 2020, the development is completed at this stage); ─ subsystem for the development and maintenance of the methodology of rehabilitation measures; ─ subsystem for the development and maintenance of the methodology of rehabilitation measures; ─ subsystem of support of rehabilitation measures at the level of "rehabilitologist - patient"; ─ subsystem for assessing the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures and forecasting the situation; ─ subsystem of information and analytical support of a set of diagnostic procedures; ─ subsystem for the development and correction of the strategy of rehabilitation measures (on the example of the development of Smart-system of telemedicine support of rehabilitation measures). The report is designed in such a way that each subsystem is devoted to one section, except section 3. It is devoted to the development and maintenance of the methodology of rehabilitation measures in a pandemic and this section includes the task of developing an ontological subsystem for human health modeling.
