Research method - analysis of scientific literature, materials of enterprises and statistics. Attention is paid to the role and place of pharmaceutical safety in the economic system of the state, identification of threats and ways to achieve the appropriate level of pharmaceutical safety. The main problems of Ukraine's development in accordance with the COVID-19 pandemic are considered. Priorities of types of economic activity for restoration of development of economy of Ukraine are defined. Digital technologies that form the structure of business, the system of ways of interaction and management are analyzed. It is proved that business planning should provide solutions to improve the financial condition of the enterprise. The main types of activity of social enterprises are listed, respectively, in three sectors of the national economy: public, business and the third sector. The main organizational and legal forms of functioning of social enterprises in Ukraine are presented.
