The purpose of the work is to create a developed surface of metal implants by forming LIPSS and plasma electrolytic oxidation. The study allowed obtaining new scientific results, particularly the method of creating a system for the formation of LIPSS on the surface of implants of complex geometry, which will allow us to form an osteoinductive surface on three-dimensional implants. The influence of LIPSS regimes and the structure and biological properties of the surface have been studied, and the possibility of controlling the processes of cell proliferation with the help of LIPSS has been proved. The proposed procedure will allow to include in the production chain the texturing process based on LIPSS without the need to calculate very complex parts processing programs and the use of expensive 5-axis high-precision manipulation systems. With the help of plasma electrolytic oxidation, a ceramic coating was synthesized on the surface of TiZrNb alloys. It is proved that the addition of ZnO to the electrolyte changed the chemical composition of the coating with a decrease in the concentration of Ca and P and the formation of metaphosphates. The new surface, loaded with ZnO, provided a suitable environment for the adhesion of osteoblast cells and showed antibacterial activity.
