Purpose - Development of technology for the manufacture of heterophasic mixtures of powders of alloys for the needs of injection molding of products of complex shape for special and civil purposes. Research methods - determination of physical, chemical and technological properties of the obtained powders and plasticized granules; homogenization of powder mixtures followed by addition of plasticizer; analysis of the structure and phase composition of plasticized granules and compacted material. The report describes the method of preparation of mixtures of metal powders and plasticized granules with minimal gas saturation and the most uniform distribution of powder particles in the volume of the mixture. The influence of technological, chemical and physical properties of powders on the formability, sintering, structure, chemical composition, phase composition and physical and mechanical properties of sintered products, which were obtained by the method of injection molding, is established. On the basis of the developed technique the project of technological instructions of preparation of plasticized granules for receiving alloys 30ХГСН2А and 30ХГСА by a method of injection molding is prepared.
