Mata of work - Creation of physical and chemical bases of control of processes of synthesis of a new class of high-strength composite materials from powders of the reinforced refractory connections (TS) and high-entropic alloys (VES). The conditions for the formation of homogeneous heterophase mixtures of powders from superhard reinforced ceramic material and metal bond from wind farms have been established. The processes of grinding and mixing of powders are investigated. The influence of dispersion of initial powders, mixing medium, temperature-time parameters of mixing process on average particle size of WES and ceramics powders and their degree of homogeneity, chemical composition, gas saturation and ability to get rid of adsorbed and chemisorbed impurities during preparation of powder mixture for formation and troughs. Experimental homogeneous mixtures of powders (WC + BEC; (WCW2C) + BEC; TiB2 + BEC; (B4C – TiB2) + BEC) were prepared and their physical, chemical and technological properties were determined. The influence of the main parameters of the process of spark-plasma sintering on the compaction to the nonporous state of homogeneous heterophase powders of TC-WPP is established. The influence of nature, physical and technological properties of heterophase mixture of TC-WPP powders on the degree of compaction, residual porosity, grain size of matrix metallic and ceramic phases, their changes depending on temperature-time parameters of compaction process, dispersion and interfacial surface area is established. The influence of parameters of spark plasma sintering process on the degree of compaction, formation of structure and properties of composites of TC - WPP systems is investigated.
