Registration Date 13-09-2021 Organization Kharkiv National Medical University popup.description2 It is established that in persons with vagotonia and sympathicotonia the state of regulatory mechanisms is characterized by moderate stress with the consumption of additional reserves. There are signs of ineffective mechanisms of regulation and provision of load, where in people with vagotonia adaptation to exercise is mainly due to excessive increase in heart rate in combination with increased blood pressure. In people with sympathicotonia, an excessive increase in ATP was found, which is an unfavorable sign and is a predictor of the development of arterial hypertension. Peculiarities of the recovery period testified to the failure of regulatory mechanisms and inconsistency in the implementation of reciprocity of ANS departments. For the first time an unfavorable range of dynamics of indicators after physical activity was revealed in persons with initial vagotonia (ATser up to 6-30%, heart rate up to 80-120%, CV - 5-27% and IR up to 121-200%) and in persons with initial sympathicotonia ( KV - 5-27%, ATp - 75-105%), which indicate a moderate degree of maladaptation, which requires early correction to prevent the development of non-specific and specific changes in the internal organs. The economic efficiency of our study will be to reduce financial costs by preventing the development of disorders of autonomous regulation or their early diagnosis.
