The basic principles of modification of the obtained nanostructured surfaces by molecules (thiols) and metal ions in order to increase the efficiency of further selective addition of biomolecules, as well as methods of functionalization of modified surfaces by biomolecules (antibodies) are proposed. To achieve the maximum efficiency of SERS-substrates, their morphology was optimized, the optimal parameters of modification of the nanostructured substrate by linker molecules and its functionalization by biomolecules-analytes were determined. The efficiency of the manufactured SERS substrates is demonstrated in principle: with their help the SERS spectra of antibodies and other biomolecules, in particular a number of amino acids, are obtained. The results of the research are presented at 2 conferences. 2 scientific articles were published and 1 patent of Ukraine was obtained.
