The connection of geometrical characteristics with the entanglement of quantum states has been established. Quantum protocols for determining the distances between quantum states have been proposed. Taking into account the geometrical characteristics of the space of quantum states and the definition of consistency, the expression for stability is obtained as a measure of entanglement for the states of two qubits has been found firstly. A method for finding the energy levels of physical systems on a quantum computer has been proposed.
