The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of the results of the study of complex-constructed geological sections and reservoir rocks of oil and gas fields of the Carpathians through the development of methodological techniques for the interpretation of geological and geophysical data. Research method - collection and analysis of the results of previous geological and geophysical studies, their mathematical processing and establishment of statistical relationships between petrophysical and geophysical parameters, evaluation of individual geophysical methods in the study of promising oil and gas facilities, allocation of reservoirs and determination of basic subcalculation parameters. The results of research work are partially implemented in the educational process in the study of certain special disciplines. The research results are used to develop methodological techniques, processing and interpretation of geophysical research data.
