The subject of the research is resonant modes and scattering field of the metasurface. The purpose of the work is development of physical foundations for the creation of non-reciprocal compact devices of photonics based on non-reciprocal meta-surfaces, the characteristics of which can be controlled at the request of the user. Research method numerical methods for solving diffraction problems on periodic structures. Results of work. The nature and conditions to excite of resonant phenomena in a cluster disk metasurface and the influence of the asymmetry of the excitation field, which arises as a result of an inclined fall of a plane electromagnetic wave on it, are studied. The possibility of achieving a non-mirror reflection from a cluster metasurface in the frequency band is shown. The existence and conditions for the formation of high-quality resonances in the scattered field of a slit lattice, the slits of which are filled with a nonlinear dielectric, in the frequency range corresponding to the Wood anomaly, have been studied. The formation of non-reciprocity of light passage through a slotted lattice with layered filling, which contains, inter alia, a layer of nonlinear medium, is shown.
