Complex studies of magnetic and resonant properties of nanostructures were carried out. An almost universal method of excitation of coherent propagating spin waves in antiferromagnetic insulators using optical pumping of electronic transitions above the band gap was proposed. The possibility of influencing the interaction of magnon modes in a magnetic nanoelement is demonstrated. The possibility of a controlled increase at least by an order of magnitude of the efficiency of threemagnon interaction was shown. An inverse magnetocaloric effect below the phase transition temperature was analyzed using the Landau theory for phase transitions. A temperature shift under the action of a magnetic field was evaluated and a dependence of the phase transition field on temperature was calculated.
