Such antitumor APIs must have the ability to inhibit the binding of PDL1 ligand protein to the PD1 receptor of killer T cells. The study began with the selection of the most effective oligoribonucleotides (ORNs) and oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) and their analogs capable of preventing the binding of the PDL1 ligand protein to the PD1 receptor. In the second stage, plasmids with the corresponding genes were created and a sufficient amount of recombinant PD1 and PDL1 proteins were isolated. Preparative amounts of OH and their analogs have also been developed and their ability to interact with human PDL1 ligand-protein and PD1 receptor has been studied. Finally, OH inhibitors of PDL1 ligand-protein binding to the PD1 receptor of killer T lymphocytes were selected. Product Description popup.authors Gudzera Olga Yo Marchyshak Tetiana V.
