The aim of the work is to develop the optimal in terms of stability of operation and output parameters modules of wearable thermoelectric generator (TEG) with nanostructured p-CuI and n-ZnO films on the surface of polyimide substrates and the module of wearable TEG with nanostructured p-CuI films on polyester fabric. Research methods - dark current-voltage characteristics, output thermoelectric current-voltage characteristics and currents - thermoelectric power characteristics, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), spectrophotometric method of studying the optical band gap of semiconductor films, four-probe method for determining the electrical resistivity. Research results: Functioning experimental samples of planar flexible modules of wearable TEG with nanostructured p-CuI and n-ZnO films on the surface of polyimide substrates and polyester fabric, which are provided with ohmic electrical contacts with linear current-voltage characteristics and contact resistances below than 0.5 cm2.
