The purpose of the work is to develop and production of experimental samples of ECCs powered by SB, to test the SB and to develop recommendations for their optimal use. Research methods - modern methods of research of photoelectric, electrotechnical and statistical parameters and characteristics of ECC and SB were used in work. Development and optimization of designs is executed by methods of theoretical and practical modeling. As a result of the work, experimental samples of ECC of LEDs powered by SB were developed and manufactured. The newest intelligent algorithms for determining the regime of maximum power take-off from SB in the conditions of real lighting, autonomous collection and storage of information about the generated SB electricity with the possibility of its further analysis are developed and implemented. The developed ECCs provide for the use of the latest means of intermediate storage of electricity - supercapacitors. SB tests were maked and recommendations for their optimal use were developed. Experimental samples of ECC powered by SB provide an output power more than 200 W, and the use of environmentally friendly solar energy will further reduce the average annual electricity consumption by up to 20%.
