Using the Gibbs-Tolman-Weidоm concept of a sharp equimolar surface, the equation of state for finite nuclei is derived. Some nuclear characteristics, such as nucleus radius, surface tension, pressure, etc., have been calculated. Numerical calculations are based on the direct variational method, the extended Thomas-Fermi approximation, and the effective nucleon-nucleon Skirm interaction.
