The latency indicators of the event-related P300 potentials depended statistically significantly on the severity of cognitive disorders, a statistically significant relationship between P300 latency and the assessment of attention and RAM on the MoСA scale and score in the cognitive cluster of the questionnaire. Mild and moderate disturbances in the auditory analyzer due to barotrauma did not reduce the diagnostic value of P300 for objectification of cognitive disorders in patients with PСS.
