The following tasks are set and solved in the work: - theoretical and methodological aspects of technology transfer according to the forms of its implementation were studied; - certain conceptual provisions for the implementation of the process of technology transfer as a key competence and the basis of innovative development of the enterprise were further developed; - models of technology transfer management were developed, which are the basis of organizational and economic mechanism of technological exchange, the implementation of which in practice will allow participants to choose the most favorable conditions for them in the process of technology transfer, - models of implementation of the process of technology transfer in the forms of its implementation were built, which will contribute to its activation, increase the level of innovation and the enhance of integration processes;- theoretical and methodological approaches to information - analytical support of the process of assessing the effectiveness of technology transfer in the forms of its implementation were further developed, which will make it possible to choose different scenarios of scientific and technological development of the economy;- priority directions of providing and intensifying technology transfer according to the forms of its implementation are proposed, model of industrial enterprise development on the basis of ensuring technology transfer according to the forms of its implementation.
