An analytical review of the current state of development of inclusive education in Ukraine and abroad has been carried out. The necessity of forming an empirical database of parameters of movement of evacuation flows in institutions of secondary education with inclusive education as a scientific basis for ensuring the standardization of fire safety requirements for evacuation routes and exits in these institutions has been substantiated. The ERI indices (evacuation performance index) for evacuation flows of mixed mobility have been determined. The dependence of the speed and intensity of movement of students on horizontal sections, stairs and through doorways on the flow density was established, and the values ​​of the main characteristics of evacuation flows of different age groups and the proportion of participants in mobility M3 and M4 were determined. The dependences of the characteristics of evacuation flows on the percentage of participants in the movement of mobility groups M4 and M3 are derived.
