The conditions of co-immobilization of the enzyme with nanoparticles are optimized, the optimal conditions of immobilization are selected. A number of enzyme biosensors have been developed using a new technique - adsorption of enzymes on zeolites. The prospects of using different zeolites as adsorbents of enzymes in the manufacture of electrochemical biosensors based on different types of transducers are shown. The proposed biosensors had better analytical characteristics compared to biosensors based on the traditional method of immobilization of enzymes in HA pairs. The main advantages of the method of adsorption of enzymes on zeolites for the manufacture of biosensors - simplicity and speed, high reproducibility of cooking biosensors, no need to use toxic compounds and more.
