Purpose: to monitor the effectiveness of achieving strategic goals, priorities, objectives of the Strategy, by sectors of the city and the conditions of implementation of the Strategy, including the activities of the mayor, the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (KCSA) on sociological indicators. The report summarizes the results of a poll of Kyiv residents on the implementation of the Strategy in 2020, assesses the activities and trust in officials and institutions of the city; a comparative analysis of the dynamics of indicators and indicators in 2020 compared to previous years (2017-2019); the tendencies of changes of realization of Strategy in the cut of sectors are defined, the character of perception by inhabitants of a direction of development of the city of Kiev according to Strategy of development of the city till 2025 is analyzed. The novelty of the work is a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of the Strategy, based on a quantitative methodological approach, tracking indicators of confidence in the principles and principles of city government policy, assessing the perception of Kyiv residents of strategic goals at the city level.
