The real system of physical education of students, which exists in the state, is ineffective. It does not ensure the psycho-physiological and professional readiness of graduates for the production activity and further life and needs to be improved. It should be noted that more than 50% of students have a low level of conditioned physical fitness, and more than half of the graduates of higher educational institutions are physically unable to qualitatively work at the workplace. In the theory and practice of selection of types of physical exercises still insufficiently grounded and developed the basic conceptual requirements for all areas of training, reduces the effectiveness of training specialists in institution of higher education, but our flexible program will give the opportunity to solve these issues. The systematization of the directions of specialists' training in institution of higher education enables the development of a systematic synergetic approach to the selection of types of physical exercises and also ensures and extrapolates the development of the necessary professional psychophysiological qualities for the future development of the society. The scientific discourse of studies of the impact of modern power sports provides an opportunity to create an effective system of professional-applied physical training in institution of higher education.
