For this purpose it is considered in detail what is an oracle concept, on representative examples its use for the decision both the general class of problems, and narrowly specialized programming problems is shown. The scheme of introduction and realization of this method at development of digital design of integrated circuits is considered. The implementation of this method in practice in some way unifies the process of software product development, thereby reducing the impact of the active role of the subject and supports the implementation of the intersubjective paradigm.
