The subject of research is the development of new methods and recommendations for the processes of obtaining highly effective nanostructured biomineral fertilizers, biologically active substances, pharmacologically active ingredients in industrial, pharmaceutical and agrobiotechnologies, which are currently absent. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the methods and models of industrial and pharmaceutical biotechnologies. Research methods: extraction in static and dynamic modes, precipitation by centrifugation, column chromatography on silica gel, lipid film method, homogenization at high pressure, sterilizing filtration, lyophilization; analytical - high performance liquid chromatography, thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography, spectrophotometry in UV and visible region, the method of dynamic light scattering, methods of quality control of raw materials, substances and finished forms for use in pharmacy in accordance with the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine; method of biotesting using test culture of unicellular Paramecium caudatum; Pharmacological studies were performed on a model of ischemic heart disease in rats, planning of experimental studies and processing of the results were performed using Microsoft Excel and Statistica software packages. Compatible combinations of exogenous substances ozonide and antibiotics on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were first studied. For the first time the advantages of using simulation modeling in comparison with the generally accepted methods of analytical solution of selected problems are proved. The use of a liposomal composition containing a complex of antioxidants, allows to influence various parts of the antioxidant system, thereby increasing the pharmacological effectiveness.
