We have proposed that using nanoparticles (NPs) of a certain structure and size can induce the formation of NETs and enhance the immune response. NPs based on allotropic modifications of carbon and alumina have been successfully used to generate a humoral and cellular immune response to model antigens, and with the onset of a pandemic to recombinant S-protein SARS-CoV-2 in laboratory mice. In autopsy samples with multiple organ failure, vascular occlusion with the participation of NETs was detected in various organs, which indicate the systemic nature of the process. The most common lesions were found in the lungs, brain, kidneys. Autopsy specimens of COVID-19 revealed occlusion of blood vessels and airways with the participation of NETs. We used a model of nonalcoholic steatohepatosis (NASH) in mice associated with the formation of natural NP of cholesterol in and monourate in the hepatobiliary system, the duration of development - 6 weeks (the fastest known model of NASH). The development of NASH in animals is stopped by the action of NETs aggregation inhibitors or neutrophil extravasation inhibitors. According to the results of the work, 14 articles were published in scientific journals with a total IF of 98.9, in particular 2 articles in journals with an IF of more than 30 and 1 - more than 15, a chapter in the monograph was published. In the course of the work, for the first time in the world, the existence of a cross-humoral pan-coronavirus immune response was proved.
