The object of research is the action of financial levers of the state in the conditions of de-shadowing of the economy. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and practical principles of financial leverage in ensuring the de-shadowing of Ukraine's economy. Research methods. The general scientific methods such as: statistical and method of comparison, logical, method of analysis and synthesis were used in the work. The main scientific result of the study is the study of theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of financial leverage in the processes of de-shadowing of Ukraine's economy. Proved: the feasibility of digitalization of public services as part of the overall system of economic development of Ukraine and the key to reducing potential threats to the development of shadow schemes and mechanisms; development of a system for the prevention of tax crimes in order to stabilize the financial situation in the country; creation of the Anti-Corruption Code and regulatory framework for economic cybercrime in order to form an effective and modern legal framework. The developed approaches and the obtained results can serve as a theoretical, methodical and practical basis for increasing the efficiency of financial leverage in the processes of de-shadowing of Ukraine's economy.
