An analysis of the life cycles of the city and the life cycles of real estate, the reconstruction of housing and ensuring the safety of the environment. Based on the results of the research, the problems of complex reconstruction of residential buildings at the present stage of urban development were revealed. Organizational and technical measures to prevent accidents in the housing stock have been developed. The introduction of research work promotes the development of urban areas, gives greater opportunities to leaders of large cities to manage construction activities, improve urban life and quality of life.
