There are defined the risk factors for each element of physical protection and the requirements of the legislation on prevention of these risk factors. There are determined consequences of committing illegal actions within one or a group of risk factors. There is proposed a score scale to assess the compliance of physical protection with the legislation for each element of physical protection of nuclear facility. The maximum general score of compliance of physical protection providing with the legislation is adopted for 500 points, where: 1st group is 90 points, 2nd group – 80 points, 3rd group – 300 points, and 4th group – 30 points. For each element in the group there is set the maximum number of points. There is proposed method for assessment of each element of physical protection providing of nuclear facilities, on the basis of which physical protection risks are assessed.
