The aim of the study is to increase the efficiency of decision-making processes for project management using combined (hybrid) project management methodologies. Research methods: system analysis, methods of enterprise diagnostics, logical and comparative analysis, methods of set theory, mathematical statistics, simulation modeling, game theory, methods of artificial intelligence. The research identifies priority areas and develops models for solving problems of enterprise development.
