Luk'yanova of National academy of medical sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2  As a result of research the clinical, immunological, functional and morphological features of the course of combined bronchial asthma and esophagitis in children were studied. It was found that non-erosive forms of reflux esophagitis are registered in children with asthma (98.7% of patients) and only 6.7% of children combine with eosinophilic esophagitis. It was found that the presence of GERD with reflux esophagitis is associated with severe disease, basic treatment with a fixed combination of inhaled corticosteroids and long-acting bronchodilators, moderate hypersensitivity of the bronchi to exercise and latent bronchospasm, sensitization of mainly PR and food proteanes. Differentiated schemes of treatment-and-prophylactic measures with the use of individualized pharmacotherapy, allergen-specific immunotherapy and diet therapy have been developed.
